About Us 17 Technician Standards 1. All Technicians will be in uniform and on time to the morning meeting with cone out and signs on.  2. Vehicles will always be kept organized and stocked to company standards.  3. All jobs will be pre-called within the first 15 minutes of each timeframe.  4. All jobs will be started in the specified timeframe.  5. A manager will be notified no less than 45 minutes prior to missing any timeframe.  6. All installations will be performed to client specifications and standards.  a. An ingress check will be performed at the completion of all jobs.    7. All customers will be educated completely on services and equipment.  a.  A VOD Installer test will be performed at each piece of equipment.  8. All customers will be properly educated on the Client Survey.  9. All jobs will be called in to Call Center prior to leaving job.  10. Anything out of the ordinary will be noted on the account and an SRO will be set up when applicable.  11. A request will be made of subscriber to write down any questions that they  may have and informed that  Technician will be calling them at the end of the day.  12. All jobs will be post called at the end of the day to verify that everything is working properly and answer  any questions that they may have. 13. All paperwork will be completed to company standards.  14. A Home Certification will be conducted at each installation.  15. A manager will be contacted and informed of any job where signal levels are not within client  specifications.  16. Arris / TOA will be used to company standards.  17. All Technicians will 10-19 to system standards prior to leaving the field.
